Laurel essential oil is derived in Bay Laurel tree an evergreen shrub that is indigenous to the Mediterranean and the Black Sea region but it is mostly cultivated in Europe nowadays.

How to use:

For massages, add 2-3 drops of laurel essential oil to 3 tablespoons of carrier oil.

For a soothing bath, add 2-5 drops to 2 cups of warm water, this will help soothe muscle aches/pain.

For aromatherapy, add 2-4 drops of oil to a diffuser

Important: When using laurel oil to your skin, it is important to dilute it with a carrier oil in a 1:1 ratio and perform a skin patch test first to ensure you do not have any allergic reactions towards the oil.
